Hot Mamas Fitness is all about finding the Hot Mama in each of us. As women, we spend much of our time tending to the needs of everyone but ourselves. As much as we love doing for others, all too often our own needs are sacrificed at the cost of our own wellness.

Hot Mamas is a refuge from life's daily obligations, a place where you can put all you do for others behind you and--if only for a little while--focus entirely on you. And have fun doing it! Hot Mamas focuses on nutrition, exercise, and fun, all essential ingredients of wellness. It's estimated that eighty percent of our overall health is the direct result of what we eat. Eat well and you lose weight. Eat badly and exercise does little good.

At Hot Mamas, we offer meal plans and guidance on recognizing and finding good food and avoiding food that poisons us and encouragement to stay on the right course. Along with eating smart comes exercise. At Hot Mamas Fitness, we have found that group exercise is a great way to stay motivated. You meet other fitness friends and form a support group.

And in doing this you will get amazing success. We don't mess around. We are serious about creating great workouts, eating smart, and staying motivated.
