Boot Camp

Boot Camp is one our favorite ways to get fit. Boot camps consist of 4 sessions per week, including Friday evening's kickboxing class at the gym. New sessions start each month and continue for 4 weeks. You also receive a meal plan, which is key for optimum results. We don't mess around in Boot Camp. You will sweat and you will get fit. Not recommended for sissies!
