Hot Mamas focuses on group fitness and the reason is simple: Because it works! Why? Because women feel more energized and motivated working out together. Try any of our classes free and see for yourself!

GirlPower: Full body strength and conditioning class using dumbbells.

Zumba: Latin flavor cardio class (you do not have to know how to dance to do this class).

Turbokick: High Intensity Interval training taught to amazing music (any fitness level).

PiYo: Pilates Yoga Fusion

Old School Aerobics: You just have to do this class (it is so fun and sweaty and 80s!).

Kickboxing: This is a beginners style kickboxing class that will whip you into shape quick.

Killer Abs: The name says it all.

Pole Fitness: Our most asked-about class. You will learn the art of spinning on the pole along with some chair dancing. You will also get an abs workout from all the laughing that goes on during this class. It rocks!
